1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between the user ("You") and gtb777 ("Platform", "We"). This document governs all aspects of the use of the website, application, and services provided by gtb777.

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the gtb777 platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. This acceptance is in full — partial acceptance of these Terms is not permitted.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Information

All information provided during registration must be complete, accurate, and current. This includes your full name as per your identity card (MyKad), an active mobile phone number, a valid email address, and your bank account number or e-wallet details.

3.2 One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to register and maintain one gtb777 account. Holding more than one account — whether using the same or different information — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all such accounts may be closed and any balances and bonuses may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs in your account. Ensure a strong password is used and not shared with anyone. gtb777 will not be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by user negligence.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

To comply with international licensing requirements, gtb777 may require identity verification before processing withdrawals or during periodic account reviews. Documents that may be required include a copy of your MyKad or passport, a recent bank statement, or proof of ownership of the payment method used.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

gtb777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC, and ETH.

4.2 Transaction Limits

• Minimum deposit: RM20 for all methods
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 for all methods

4.3 Processing Time

Deposits are typically credited immediately upon confirmation of the transaction. Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after the request is approved, subject to the completion of relevant security checks.

4.4 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, except in circumstances approved by the gtb777 team. This is a security measure to prevent fraudulent activity.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

5.1 Welcome Bonus

gtb777 offers a 120% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM300. For example, a deposit of RM100 will receive a bonus of RM120, bringing the total balance to RM220, with a wagering requirement of RM3,000 (RM120 × 25) before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount received. As another example, a deposit of RM600 will receive a bonus of RM300, bringing the balance to RM900, with a wagering requirement of RM7,500 (RM300 × 25) before bonus withdrawal is permitted.

5.3 Bonus Rules

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash before the wagering requirements are met
• gtb777 reserves the right to modify or withdraw bonus offers with reasonable notice
• Users suspected of bonus abuse will be investigated and may face further action

5.4 VIP Programme

The gtb777 VIP membership programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate — Bronze up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.3%, Gold up to 0.5%, Platinum up to 0.6%, and Diamond up to 0.8%. Progression to a higher tier depends on the user's activity and loyalty on the platform.

6. Game Rules

All games available on gtb777 — including slots, live casino, sports betting, and boxing betting — are operated in accordance with their respective rules as set by the game providers or the relevant regulatory body.

6.1 Game Results

All game results are final. gtb777 is not responsible for any disputes regarding settled game results, unless there is a demonstrable technical error.

6.2 Technical Disruptions

In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, gtb777 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the user. gtb777 bears no further liability for disruptions beyond the platform's control.

6.3 Sports Betting and Boxing

For sports betting and boxing betting, the odds displayed are based on current market prices and may change without notice before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled except in the event of an event cancellation or for technical reasons.

7. Prohibitions and Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Use of bots, automation software, or unauthorised decision-support tools
• Manipulation of the system or exploitation of software bugs for personal gain
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Abuse of the bonus system through methods that go against the spirit of a promotion
• Registering multiple accounts to claim welcome offers more than once
• Making false accusations or submitting misleading information to the support team

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 By the User

Users may close their own account at any time by contacting the gtb777 customer support team via live chat or email. Any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal after all verification requirements have been met.

8.2 By gtb777

gtb777 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is a breach of these Terms, or for technical, regulatory, or security reasons. In cases of a Terms breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Users who feel they have a gambling problem may request to self-exclude from the gtb777 platform. 9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or authorised body, only that provision will be deemed void. All other provisions of these Terms will continue to remain in full effect.
